Reasons BetWay might not accept a document:

The documents are distorted and/or not legible.
The full document is not displayed
The document has expired.
The bill/statement is older than three months.
Your registered account details don't match information on the documentation -if this is the case please betway an explanation.
Either the front or back of the document wasn't submitted (where both are required)

How To Verify Betway Account

Once you’ve registered a BetWay account, you’ll receive an email to the email address associated with your account. Click the ‘Upload Now’ button on the email and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

You’ll then have 30 days to upload your documents before the link expires.

Begin by tapping ‘Start ID verification’.

Upload a copy of the front and back of either your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driver's License, Passport or Election Commission of India Identity Card (Voter’s Card). You only need to choose one of these forms of ID to upload.

Make sure the document is in full view, not distorted in any way and is clear and legible — to ensure it is accepted first time.

If you choose to upload your identity card/Adhaar card, it needs to be cut out into card format.

It’s also important to check that ‘India’ is selected as your issuing country.

If you upload your ID correctly, you’ll receive on-screen confirmation that it’s been uploaded.

That doesn’t mean it has been successfully verified yet, as we would still need to perform our checks.

If you happen to upload a document incorrectly, you’ll receive an error message indicating what went wrong — with instructions on how to correct it.

Once you've uploaded your ID,Betway will verify it and notify you via email as soon as it's been approved. Betway will also get in touch if there are any problems and help you fix them.
